Acceptable Use Policy

Hotel Lobby AI content standards, prohibited content, reporting channels and review procedures.

Oct 7, 2026

1. Scope

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Hotel Lobby AI, independently operated by an individual under the Hotel Lobby AI name. It applies to photos and other material you submit, generation requests, generated images, audio and videos, and how you use or share content made with the Service. The same standards apply whether content is private or shared. See our Privacy Policy for data-handling information.

2. Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not upload, request, generate or distribute the following through the Service:

  • Pornography and NSFW content: sexually explicit imagery, sexual acts, sexualized nudity or non-consensual intimate content.
  • Violence and gore: graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, extreme violence, threats or content encouraging harm to people or animals.
  • Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing or inciting discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation: any sexual depiction or exploitation of a minor, including synthetic content, grooming or content facilitating abuse. All people in submitted photos must be adults; parental permission does not create an exception.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: unauthorized use of a real person's likeness, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, fraud or synthetic material presented as genuine footage. A clearly disclosed creative recreation using adults who have given the necessary permission is subject to the other restrictions in this policy; it must not mislead viewers or violate anyone's rights.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: use of photos, recordings, music, characters, logos or other protected material without the rights required for that use; false claims of brand affiliation or endorsement. Access to the Service does not supply third-party licences.

We also prohibit content promoting or facilitating terrorism, extremist violence, genocide, or instructions for making weapons of mass destruction. Do not use the Service for harassment, exploitation, scams, malicious software, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass safety checks. Do not falsely claim that AI-generated content is authentic footage or was made without AI.

3. Content review and current limitations

Hotel Lobby AI has not yet integrated a dedicated automated moderation service for both uploaded images and generated videos. This policy is not a claim that every input or output is automatically screened. Third-party model availability or rejection of a request does not by itself establish comprehensive content review.

We review reports submitted through the channel below by examining the information provided and relevant records available to us. We may ask for clarification or additional evidence. Local files and copies outside our control may not be accessible to us. We do not promise a continuously staffed moderation team or a fixed response time.

Before relying on such a system, we will identify the actual tools and scope here. Publishing this policy alone does not implement those checks.

4. How to report a violation

Send content-safety, impersonation or intellectual-property reports to support@hotellobby.studio. Include:

  • The page or content URL, or task ID if available.
  • A description of the suspected violation and the relevant category above.
  • Relevant context or non-sensitive evidence; for a rights complaint, identify your rights and your authority to act.
  • A reply email so we can request clarification and provide an outcome where appropriate.

Do not attach suspected CSAM, explicit abusive material, passwords or full payment-card details. For suspected CSAM, provide identifying information such as a URL or task ID without downloading or redistributing the material. Mark urgent child-safety or credible-threat reports clearly so they can be prioritized.

We handle reporter information with restricted access and disclose it only as reasonably necessary to investigate, address the report or meet legal requirements. Reports are assessed on the evidence, not treated as proof by themselves. Do not submit knowingly false or malicious reports.

5. Review and enforcement

Our report-handling process is: receive the report, assess severity and available evidence, request clarification if needed, decide what action is justified, and communicate the outcome where appropriate and lawful. Child-safety concerns and credible threats take priority.

Depending on the evidence and severity, we may warn the user, request removal or correction, remove material from website pages we control, or restrict or suspend access to the Service. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access. We may preserve or disclose relevant records where legally required and refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities. We cannot remove files from another person's device or from third-party websites we do not control.

Credit returns and cash refunds are handled under the credit and refund terms and applicable law. An enforcement action does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

6. Appeals and updates

If you believe a decision was made in error, reply to the notification or email support@hotellobby.studio with the relevant task or case reference, the decision you dispute, and supporting information. We will reconsider the decision in light of the evidence and communicate the outcome where lawful. We do not promise a separate review team.

We will update this page when the policy or our review process changes and provide notice of material changes where required. The date above identifies this version.
