Terms for using Hotel Lobby AI, photo permissions, credit packs, refunds and acceptable use.

Hotel Lobby AI is independently operated by an individual under the Hotel Lobby AI name. References to “we” and “our” mean that individual operator. These terms apply to the Hotel Lobby AI website, account features and any available photo upload or video generation features (the “Service”). Please read them before using the Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it.
Hotel Lobby AI is designed to create two-person rap videos from photos using third-party AI models accessed through EvoLink. Available models and settings are shown in the generator. Availability and output depend on the selected model and service configuration; we do not guarantee a particular result or completion time.
The website lets you choose two photos, select a model, video length and resolution, and generate a video using credits after signing in. You can buy one-time credit packs through checkout. The credit cost is displayed before you start generation. The credit and refund rules below apply to these purchases and uses.
Examples illustrate the format and do not guarantee identical results for your photos. No music licence or commercial-use rights are granted merely by viewing an example or using the Service.
You can browse the website without an account. Features that require sign-in are identified in the interface. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or use another person's account without permission.
Creating an account does not itself purchase credits. You need enough credits for the model and settings you select before starting generation.
Every person shown in a photo you select must be at least 18 years old. Photos of minors are not permitted, including when a parent or guardian gives permission. You keep the rights you already hold in the photos you select. You must own them or have permission to use them, including appropriate permission from each identifiable person and from the photographer or other rights holder. Permission to possess a photo does not necessarily include permission to alter a person's likeness or publish a performance involving them.
When you submit photos through an available upload or generation feature, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process them and pass them to the service providers needed to fulfil your request. This does not transfer ownership of your photos or grant us a general licence to publish, advertise with or sell them. See our Privacy Policy for data-handling information; these terms do not make a separate promise about third-party model-training practices.
Do not select intimate images, identity documents, or photos you are not authorized to use. Any sharing or reuse you carry out independently must respect privacy, publicity, copyright and other applicable rights.
Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and applies to uploads, generation requests, outputs and use of the Service. It expressly prohibits pornography/NSFW content, violence/gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse material, unauthorized or deceptive deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. It also explains how to report content and how reports are reviewed.
Do not circumvent safety or access controls, distribute malicious software, interfere with the Service, or access accounts or data without authorization. Do not misrepresent AI-generated material as authentic footage or as an endorsement by a person or organization.
Our site design, text and original artwork remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights. Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of that material to you.
References to “Hotel Lobby,” a performance style, artists or cultural trends do not grant rights to any song, recording, lyrics, artist likeness or third-party branding, and should not be understood as an endorsement. Obtain any rights needed for your intended use separately.
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. We do not automatically renew a pack or automatically recharge your balance. Completing a purchase authorizes the amount and any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Available pack prices and credit quantities are listed on our pricing section.
Purchased credits never expire. Credit consumption depends on the model, video length and resolution; review the displayed cost before submitting a generation request. Illustrative video counts apply only to the model and settings stated alongside them.
Email support@hotellobby.studio with your account email, order or transaction ID, and the reason for the request. Do not include full card details. We will check the payment and credit-use records and notify you of the decision or any additional information needed. Approved cash refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. The time for a refund to appear depends on the provider and your bank.
These voluntary refund conditions do not exclude or limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer right required by applicable law. Any legally required consent or acknowledgement for immediate delivery of digital services must be obtained through the applicable purchase process; accepting these terms alone does not waive those rights.
The Service may change or become temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of original files and downloaded results; the Service is not a backup service. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry, but access may be restricted for the reasons below. Contact us before closing an account with an unused balance so we can review its treatment under these terms and applicable law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, a breach of these terms or a legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to raise a concern by email at support@hotellobby.studio.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular creative or commercial purpose. You are responsible for checking permissions and suitability before using or sharing material.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
The date above identifies this version. We will publish revisions here and bring material changes to your attention as required by applicable law. New processing or paid features will require updated information before their use.

A rights complaint should identify the material, explain your rights and provide enough information for us to respond. The laws and consumer protections that mandatorily apply to you remain unaffected by these terms.
